Danyil Zatserkovnyi built the Couplier app(“App”) and Couplier.com website (together, referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Service”), This Service is provided by Danyil Zatserkovnyi is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service. I treat personal information of users with care, follow the rules for protecting personal information and recommendations for protecting personal information in accordance with the relevant laws. If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in my Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Couplier unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTED WHILE USING THE APP
When using the Service, I may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact, identify you and help improve the App.

Information collected during registration: When you download the App and create an account, I may collect information about you, such as: Photographs, Name, Email address, Gender identity, Sexual preference, Demand, Location, Date of birth, Account description, Attitude to alcohol and smoking, Attitude to having children, Height and weight. When registering your Account, you will also need to create a password. Once you register, you will be able to review and change this information at any time just by logging in to the App. Registration Information such as your name, sexual preference, etc. may be visible to other users who view your profile page. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details are kept up to date.
For users who are California residents, the data I may collect falls within the following categories of “personal information,” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Identifiers, such as name and location;
- Personal information, as defined in the California customer records law, such as contact (including email) and financial information;
- Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law such as age, gender identity, sexual orientation;
- Commercial information, such as transaction information and purchase history;
- Internet or network activity information, such as browsing history and interactions with our Service;
- Geolocation data, such as mobile device location;
- Audio, electronic, visual and similar information, such as photos; and
- Inferences drawn from any of the personal information listed above to create a profile or summary about, for example, an individual’s preferences and characteristics.

Profile Information: When you post information about yourself or use the messaging function to communicate with other users, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. Please see Section 4 below for more information on who can access what you post on App I recommend and encourage you to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself. I also do not recommend that you put URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, drivers’ licence details and other sensitive information which is open to abuse and misuse on your profile.

Profile Verification Information: For a better user experience and to make sure you are not a robot, I can require the user to verify their account with their email addresses.

Geolocation Information: After you have given the App access to your location in the device settings, when you use your mobile phone, I will collect information about Wi-Fi hotspots, as well as other information about your location regarding your longitude and latitude, and can save the coordinates your device to offer specific features for you. This information helps me determine your actual location. I can use it to personalize the application and facilitate your interaction with other users, allowing you to display general location information for users viewing your profile and show you other nearby users.
If you want to disable the Аpp's access to your location services, you can do it in the following ways:
- Android — settings, location, Couplier, permissions;
- iPhone app — settings, privacy, location services, Couplier.

Device Information: When you use the app, I may collect information about your device, including a unique device identifier, device model, operating system, and MAC address, for the various purposes described here.

Cookies are small data files commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored in the memory of your device.

2. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
Your information will be used for the main reasons - to provide and improve my Service. In addition, I use your information to keep you safe and to serve you advertisements that may be of interest to you.
Under EU and UK data protection laws, I should tell you my lawful basis for using your data. Where the legal basis is consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. Where the legal basis is legitimate interests, you have a right to object to my use of your data. I explain in the relevant sections in this Policy how you can withdraw consent or opt-out of certain data uses (where applicable).

Contractual necessity: In order to provide you with my Service, I ask you for a photograph, name, email address, gender identity, sexual preference, demand, location, date of birth.

Consent: To facilitate networking opportunities on the Service, I request optional information, which may include information about your account description, attitude to alcohol and smoking, attitude to having children, height and weight etc.
To allow my Advertising Partners to serve targeted advertisements on my App (this includes rewarded video ads), I request an advertising identifier associated with your device (Device ID), age, gender, and IP address (and your estimated locations based on your IP address). I obtain age and gender from you, and Device ID and IP address from the device that you use to access the App.

Legitimate interests: To verify your identity and prevent fraud and to ensure the safety and security of users, I request an email address. It is in my legitimate interests to ensure that accounts are not set up fraudulently and to safeguard users of the Service.
To show you other users near you, I request WiFi access points and location data when you use the App. I obtain this information from the device that you use to access the App (if you give me permission). It is in my legitimate interests to provide this functionality as part of the services.
To send images, I request photographs. I obtain this information from the device you use to access the App. It is in my legitimate interest to provide these functionalities as part of the services.
To defend legal claims, protect legal rights and protect people from harm, I can request any information relevant to the issue. This information may be obtained directly from you, from your device or from third parties, depending on the information involved. It is in my legitimate interests to protect our legal rights, defend legal claims and to protect users and third parties from harm.
3. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
I transfer or disclose your personal information to third parties as described below:

Service Providers: I may share your personal data with trusted third parties involved in order to perform functions and provide services to me.
What information is transmitted: This could include all data.
I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to me ("Service Providers"). In order to provide my service to users of my Service, I use the IT services - some third-party software vendors used in work may process customer personal data.
I conduct due diligence on all service providers I hire to ensure that they have adequate data protection and data protection measures, and I only provide them with the personal information they need to provide services. My supplier also has extensive obligations under our contractual agreement, including strict data retention restrictions.

Advertising Partners: I can work with ad publishers to place third-party advertisements ("advertising partners") in my App. My Advertising Partners serve targeted advertisements on my App (this includes rewarded video ads). I share with advertising partners a limited amount of your personal data, namely:
- An advertising ID associated with your device (this is a random number assigned to your device by the mobile device manufacturer to help advertisers understand when an ad was viewed or clicked in an app and when an ad was “converted.” (For example, an app that downloads for you advertising);
- Your estimated location (based on your IP address);
- Age and gender.
Some platforms require user consent before allowing apps to use the data collected through the platform for advertising purposes. In this case, the application will only use the data after obtaining the necessary consent. In some cases, these third parties will also use the data they collect for their own purposes. For example, to inform other customers about advertising-related services.

Billing services: I can work with billing services to allow users to purchase paid features of my App. I share a unique user ID with billing services, and they provide me with information about transactions.

Government authorities, judicial authorities, regulators or other third parties where required: As I mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, I believe that the behavior of all Couplier members when using the application is very important. I will work with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights. I will also cooperate with law enforcement agencies conducting investigations in your country of residence or abroad, when required by law, to investigate suspected criminal acts or to defend personal interests. This may include storing or disclosing any of your information, including your registration information (as required by law or regulation).
This may include any personal information held about you by the service, depending on the nature of the request or the problem I am dealing with.
4. PUBLIC INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
I hope that users of the Service will be careful when posting information that may become public over time. You must assume that whatever you post or submit in the app is publicly available and accessible to both app users and non-app users.
Please be careful when posting sensitive information about yourself (such as your religious beliefs and health information) on your profile. Please note that the photos you post in the app may also reveal information about you. When you download and choose to provide me with sensitive information about yourself, you expressly agree to process that information and provide it to other users.
Your application profile and other information that you provide through the application may be viewed and transmitted by users of the Service along with persons who are not users of the application.
5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
These services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. I will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18. If I find that an individual under the age of 18 has provided me with personal information, I will immediately remove it from the Service. If you know that an individual under the age of 18 provided personal information on the Service, please contact me so that I can take the necessary steps.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
The specific rights that apply to you (which may include other rights not listed below) may vary depending on your country / region. You should be aware of the rights granted to you by applicable privacy laws in your country / region. So your rights:
- You have the right to be informed about what personal data the Service processes and why (this notice);
- You have the right to access (you can request a copy of your data). If the stored data is inaccurate, you have the right to request correction;
- You have the right to delete your data;
- Rights related to automated decision making, including analysis: There are many rights in this area and processing based on automation alone will lead to decisions with legal or significant human consequences. In these cases, your rights include the right to guarantee human interference in the decision-making process.

7. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
In addition to the rights listed in Section 6 above, under the California Consumer Privacy Act for California residents, you also have the following rights:
- You have the right not to be unlawfully discriminated against when exercising your rights in accordance with the law;
- You have the right to ask me to disclose certain information to you and explain how I have collected, used and shared your personal information in the past 12 months.
California’s “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain companies to respond to inquiries from California customers regarding business practices related to the disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you want to inquire about any rights you may have under Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, you can send an email to support@couplier.com.
In addition, California law requires online service operators to disclose how they respond to non-tracking signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers with the option of collecting personal consumer information over time and around the world. The operator participates in this collection of third-party online services. I currently will not track the personal information of users of my services over time and through third-party online services. The law also requires network service operators to disclose when users use network services whether third parties may collect personal information about users' network activities during a period of time and in various network services. I will not knowingly allow third parties to collect personal information about individual users' behavior over time on the Internet and in various online services when using my service.
8. DATA STORAGE LOCATION
I want you to be able to access Couplier wherever you happen to be in the world. To enable me to provide that service, I operate a global network of servers including in the US, EU. The hardware is located in third-party data centres. Data collected by Advertising Partners and other Service Providers may also be held outside the UK and the European Economic Area.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
I may update my Privacy Policy from time to time. Therefore, you are encouraged to periodically review this page for changes. I will inform you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
This Privacy Policy is valid from 13 September 2021.
